On Wednesday I ran out and did a couple errands, and then I had to come home, because Mary & Batman had a vet appointment. They are very smart cats, so I came in the house, grabbed them both at the same time, and put them in the bathroom and shut the door. Then I went and got the carrier, and yes we only have 1, and i shoved that and myself also into our small bathroom! Then the fun began, I took Batman and started shoving him the carrier, with him using all his might to push back and not go in, when I finally got him in I quick grabbed Mary and tried the same, except she was hissing, and growling and meowing at poor scared Batman! Once in, it took all my might to carry them to the truck, because the 2 of them in this 1 carrier is super heavy! I drove to the vet, and then huffed and puffed my way with them into the office. They took us right away and we went into one of the rooms, now it was time to get them out. We opened the door, and no one moved. So I suggested to them to get Batman first as he is a very sweet cat, she grabbed my 16 pound cat by the scruff of the neck and pulled him out, poor Bats! But he was loveable, and let them do whatever the heck they wanted to with him, the whole time purring! They all loved him too, loved his name, his big ears, and his beautiful eyes, and just his sweet self! Then he just roamed the room. Next was Mary, we had to dump the carrier upside down, and still grab her out, she was not happy! She growled, and hissed, and slapped and tried to get away, and at one point even bit me, and I was bleeding! The vet was very taken aback, I said it was OK, she was scared, and not really a mean cat, at least not to Darrell and me alone in our house!! My dad will disagree with this though, haha! Anyway, they are both healthy and were glad to get back home. The whole time I meant to take a picture at the vet’s, and I forgot, so I got a picture of Mary in a box, in one of her sweeter moods!
